Understand and agree

Identify the users, devices, languages, tools and recurring delays. Agree scope, reviewers, dependencies, access, dates and a recovery approach. Confirm whether the proposed work can be accepted.

Build and inspect

Review manageable releases. Test permissions, repeated actions, interrupted connections and unavailable providers. Compare what a customer sees with the record staff receive. Include appropriate language review.

Publish and hand over

Check important journeys after release. Explain code, accounts, deployment, recovery, known limits and support. Name the people responsible for content and future updates. See working responsibilities and preparation.
