Bring one real path
Describe the handoff that needs to work better.
You do not need a technical specification. Begin with the people and event: who starts the work, what they are trying to complete, which device or channel they use, what information appears, who must decide, where the current process fails and what result would prove that the improvement works.
A useful first message
Include the organisation and responsible contact; the connection to Ethiopia; the supported locations and languages; the current website, software or manual process; three representative user examples; the most costly delay or error; the data involved; the desired timeframe; and any known legal, security, payment, accessibility or regulated-sector reviewer.
Do not send sensitive records yet
Use invented examples or a plain-language description in the initial email. Do not attach customer lists, identity records, passwords, financial information, health data, government documents, confidential contracts or production exports. If the scope needs sensitive evidence, we will agree on an appropriate access and handling route first.
What happens next
Faith Forge Labs reviews technical fit, delivery boundaries, required local review and commercial screening. If there is a sensible path, the next conversation narrows the problem into an initial outcome, assumptions, evidence, exclusions and acceptance checks. A proposal then defines the actual work; contacting us does not create an engagement or guarantee acceptance.
